I studied electronic engineering in UTN - Universidad Tecnológica Nacional of Buenos Aires.
Since 1978 up to the present, I work in the area of telecommunications, developing throughout my professional career a vast experience in the field of international communications, planning and administration of networks, computer systems and engineering. In the area of teaching, have taught computer science at middle levels and tertiary courses, as well as various courses face-to-face and distance, on management of IP networks /VoIP in international forums.
I have had in charge the Administration and allocation of IP numbers for Argentina international leaving abroad, managing them with ARIN and LACNIC since its creation in 2002. From that year, work in the management of international network VoIP / NGN in Telefónica de Argentina / Telefónica Global Solutions, as administrator of the VoIP/IP network to LACNIC, charge that I keep to the present day.
From LACNIC VII of San José de Costa Rica in 2004 and without interruption had active participation in technical and public forums, list of discussion, and lectures of interest in the events of the regional register LACNIC/LACNOG collaborating and defending the interests of the regional community.
I also currently has responsibility as Technical Service Manager of Telefónica of Brazil focused on VoIP / NGN international service, management and statistics for Telefónica Global Solutions.
