LACNIC will retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, considering that the entity must maintain historical data of changes to the registration service.

Data will be deleted from all LACNIC systems once they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, and when their preservation is neither mandated nor permitted by law.
